Battle Abbey

This is a picture of (a small part of) Battle Abbey. It is a classic, British style boarding school. The town of Battle is located in East Sussex, and it is the location of the the Battle of Hastings.
More pictures and information of this location tomorrow.

Battle...ah the memories. Lovely area, great historical landmarks. Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more...oh sorry not there? Well anyway it evokes all that battle-hardy-speak doesn't it.

great shot.

Battle really is a great place, it's such a tiny place with so much history...

Hahaha Kala, I just travel A LOT. I'm usually broke for this reason... Every penny I make goes for travel and university tuition... I'm going to be dividing my time in Waterloo and Toronto for the next while, but I'm hoping to head out to Switzerland near the end of the summer...
