Norooz


Today, Spring begins in the Northern hemisphere. The Spring Equinox was at 5:07pm GMT. This moment has been celebrated by Zoroastrians for 5000 years. Zoroastrians are largely centred in the country that is now known as Iran. Because of this very special day I have posted a number of photos from my recent visit to the country.
Also, if you have some time I would ask you to watch THIS VIDEO... it may change your preception of Iran forever. It's short, I promise.
