A sunset to remember

So today I was just sitting around doing my work, trying to pick between a bunch of mediocre pictures to put up on the blog... and then I looked outside my window and saw this! I have never seen so many colours in the sky before... it's just amazing. I haven't edited anything, I haven't changed the colours, this is the same sky I saw. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Hahahahaha! You were posting as I was commenting on your other post. Funny, eh? Looks like the hangover is history.

Take care.

Like our summer night sky ! i have on my other blog some pictures taken three days ago.
Colours like that are in some way so therapeutic to me, when I see them on the sky.

Since I started the blog, I've been noticing things more and indeed, there can be so much beauty around, but we miss seeing them because we either take them for granted or are too busy.

I didn't know about the Chess City. Thanks for mentioning it. :-)

About Geneva, why don't you start at the Swiss tourist website (which even I use, after two years in CH, and find things the locals don't know about). You can order brochures to be mailed to you, or download PDF versions, and also see what trips, events, etc there are:
http://www.myswitzerland.com/en.cfm/home
Another good (maybe even better) resource is the Rough Guide, the contents of which are reproduced here (I put in a line break after the slash):
http://switzerland.isyours.com/e/guide/
geneva/index.html

Hope this helps, and let me know how you're getting on.

This is just wonderful. I had these kind of sunsets everyday when I was living in La! That's the reason I am feeling homesick time to time. You hit me today. You should see my blog to understand why...
